Refund Policy

We want you to love your items, so if you don't, we happily accept exchanges and returns on the provision that all items are unworn and remain in as new condition. This is determined by "The Ease" who hold the right to deny items that are damaged, marked or not in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and for all free shipping orders a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, or $20 for international orders. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

All returns must notify us within 7 days that an item is to be returned. To initiate a return, please email hello@theeaselabel.com. All returns should be received by us within 2 weeks of purchase. 

It is important to note that SALE items are considered final sale, as is any item purchased with a discount code greater than 20% off. These items will not be refunded nor can they be exchanged for credit. 

To initiate a return, please start the process here. You will need to login via the email address you ordered under, and select the order that pertains to the item you wish to return. If your order has more than one item, select the items you would like to return. Select a return reason and add a note for us. Click request return. 

You will then be notified that your return request has been approved.

Once received we will process your refund or store credit. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please keep checking your payment method for an additional 48 hours. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Items bought with a discount code (if applicable)

Items bought with a welcome discount are eligible for refund.

Any item bought with a discount code up to and including 20% off, returns for credit will be accepted, within our usual 14 day return period. 

Any item bought with a discount code greater than 20% off is deemed final sale and cannot be returned for credit or refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theeaselabel.com.
