Shipping and Terms

Shipping Domestic

- All orders placed will be dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please note during periods of extreme high demand, delivery times can take an additional business day.
- Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves our facility we are unable to intercept it.
- Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track your delivery.
- We use Australia Post  service, with deliveries occurring between 8am – 5pm Monday through to Friday.

Shipping International

- The Ease uses Australia Post International service on International orders. These can take anywhere from 5-14 days to be delivered, dependant on the location.
- In some circumstances the receiver may be required by their countries customs regulations and government policies to pay duties and tax’s, this is the responsibility of the receiver.
- International postage will not be refunded if the customer wishes to return their order.
- Exchanges are not offered for international purchases only store credits and refunds.
 

Returns

We want you to love your items, so if you don't, we happily accept exchanges and returns on the provision that all items are unworn and remain in as new condition. This is determined by "The Ease" who hold the right to deny items that are damaged, marked or not in original packaging.

All refunds will be processed less the cost of shipping paid. For all free shipping orders a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

All returns must notify us within 7 days that an item is to be returned. To initiate a return, visit our returns portal and follow the prompts. 

It is important to note that SALE items are considered final sale and will not be refunded nor can they be exchanged for credit.
